Q: Circular discoloration on penis

Hello, I'm a male in my early 20s. Since about summer 2008 I have had this white/pink-ish circular discoloration on my penis. Can this be skin or penile cancer? I don't have any of the symptoms for penile that I looked up. I am 100% certain it is not an STD either. And it is not painful and I don't think it's a sore, no blood or anything like that. can it be just a harmless discoloration? hopefully. thanks!

Absolutely anything that is questionable should be checked out with your doctor...Don't take any chances...
