I just recently got off Hydromorphine after almost ten years for my Fibromyalgia pain. My doctor has prescribed me Cipralex/Escitalopram 10mg for the pain. I am nervous to begin taking this because I can't find any information saying it is good for chronic pain.I have tried Cymbalta but didn't like it. Has anybody heard of this Cipralex being used for chronic pain? If so does it work

PLEASE anyone heard of this being used before?

Very nervous..

Fibro pain
Along with my fibro's chronic pain i was diagnosised with Lyphoma in September, and I have been put on Narcos 8 a day, along with tramadohl and also 50 mg of fentinlye patch, but none of this touches the pain. There are days that I can hardly move because the pain is so bad. Recently I have found lumps that are tender on both my ribs. I am at a loss on what to do any longer ? I have tried anti-depressants and they also do nothing any suggestions? Iam in need of help!
