Digestive and Bowel Disorders Answer A5856

Current medical status: blood test, x ray of stomach, ultrasound, brain scan, breath test, pap smear, everything came back normal

Given the data you reported, you might be experiencing chronic inflammation of the stomach. It is characterized with upper abdominal pain (that might radiate in the back), nausea, and a feeling of being bloated after eating. You might want to check your blood for Helicobacter pylori antibodies. If they turn out to be positive, your doctor might recommend adequate therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection. Meanwhile, you might try using over-the-counter antacid products to see whether they relieve the symptoms.
