Q: Chronic skin inflammations

i get pimple like bumps on the bottom of my feet and the back of my heels they come and go.some times when i find them i lance them with a needle or squeeze them.im very courios about what that is and how concerned i should be about it this has been going on for a very long time.

No data was given about the number and size of the bumps. According to the data you provided, you might be experiencing a chronic skin inflammation of the feet. If no pus exits from the bumps when squeezed, then the inflammation is probably not accompanied with a bacterial infection. However, without a visit to a dermatologist you might not be able to solve the problem. Meanwhile, an OTC cream with both antibiotic and corticosteroid applied on the bumps might be used. Using a needle or squeezing the bumps is not recommended, because if microbes cause the condition, they can be inoculated in the surrounding healthy tissue, thus spreading the inflammation.
