Hi! All new here and I hope you all may be able to help. I have had such horrible!!! Sinus head aches for many many years and I always thought it was just allergies. I have gone threw all kinds of allergy med’s and not any that helped. Advil sinus med did for a while but I got up to seven to eight pill at a time, not good. I tried just advil 1200mg just barley helped. I found out that I have a bunch of bulging disc’s in my neck and all threw out my spine from head to tail bone. I have noticed that I wake up in the middle of the night with really bad jaw pain and find that I am clinching my jaws shut at night I am not sure if its because I am in pain all the time or what. Any ways I was wanting to know would TMJ mimic sinus head aches?

it can. I would go to an ear nose and throat doctor and have anyting else ruled out. get to a chiropractor and that will help a lot too. let me know if you need help finding good doctors. i have helped many people here with that
