According to your symptoms (burning ejaculation, burning pee, erectile dysfunction) ant their duration (more than 5 years) you could be experiencing chronic prostatitis. Standard laboratory results in case of chronic prostatitis are usually normal. You need fractionated urine examination. A urine sample is taken before and after prostate massage. If the second sample (after massage) contains more bacteria or leucocytes than the first sample then you probably have chronic bacterial prostatitis. Then a proper antibiotic is chosen according to the antibiogram. If there aren’t any bacteria or leucocytes, antibiotics should not be given. In 70% of cases chronic prostatitis is not caused by any bacteria and, in such cases, antibiotics are not required.

Chronic prostatitis is treated with: wearing warm clothes, warm bath, prostate massage, non-opiate painkillers, alpha-blockers, 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors, antibiotics (if necessary) and psychotherapy.

You may want to consult a urologist about this.
