I am suffering from Chronic Pancreatis. I am Pure veggitarian. Even though Recently The strokes are less (Since I restricted the intake of FAT) which saved me from.. I suffer once in every quater and take one capsule of Creon and I am back to work Smile

My question is, I am currently only 54 kgs (54 * 2.2 Lbs = aprox 120 Lbs)
As per my body weight index - I need to put another 20kgs to look perfect.. So
tell me some good diet whcih I can take and still gain weight and do not get pain.

Any replys are highly appreciated

I would suggest that you consult a Nutritionist/Dietician with some expertise in managing patients with chronic pancreatitis, as your question, unfortunately, is outside the scope of what I can offer to you within this internet-based forum.
