For a little over 1 year, I've had constant nausea. Most days it's relatively mild (like a mild flu), and sometimes it's violent (to the point where I am throwing up in public, because I cannot control it).

Also experience a general unsteadiness and dizziness, as if I am not connected to my surroundings.

My stomach is constantly gurgling, and I have been belching a lot for approximately the past 4 months(which is abnormal for me).

Also, stools vary between loose and normal.

What is this?? Doctors have checked my heart and kidneys, and they were fine. Blood work is all fine, except a slightly elevated ANA and high cholesterol.
