Sinusitis Answer A4939
Current medical status: Stuffy nose, dull pain around eyes, frequent pressure headaches, not really pain, but pressure.
Current medical treatment: nasal spray

Diagnosis that has been suggested: deviated septum and nasal blockage (enlarged turbinates)
Current medical status: Stuffy nose, dull pain around eyes, frequent pressure headaches, not really pain, but pressure.

Given the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing chronic inflammation of the nose. This condition can sometimes be due to a deviated nasal septum, or it can only worsen the pre-existing condition. All of the mentioned symptoms should subside after the septoplasty.
