I have a bad lower right back pain and increased sleep because of it. I am a 35 year old man. I noticed that this pain becomes very apparenty when i wake up, i also just had a hiccup, and noticed that the pain in my lower right back became very apparent. Today i woke up and found myself going back to sleep for no other reason than I had the lower right back pain. I have had some very bad sleeping problems, one of which is excessive sleeping. I have found that laying on my side seems to help it. i have had gall stones before, and had gall stones surgery. i am not sure if they removed my gall bladder or not but they did this all through little holes which were considered better. I also have a problem of a pain in my groin, but my lower right back pain seems to have existed before that started. its very difficult for me to go to a doctor because of unpredictable sleeping patterns. i am disabled. i would very much appreciate any assistance anyone can give me regarding this problem. i was in a accident and for the longest time i have been unsure if this pain was because of that accident or for another reason, and today, i'm pretty sure its because of something internal -- an organ or stone or something maybe infection.
thank you
