Neither sexual intercourse nor masturbation would cause chronic weakness in the legs. There is a possibility that these actions are done when standing.

During sexual intercourse or masturbation, a higher rate of contractions of the leg muscles resembling trembling might be experienced. If the legs are half bent a for longer period, weakness might be experienced like in every other case where the legs are slightly bent when standing for several minutes.
Hope these answers explain your doubts.
