I have had chronic knee pains for over a year now, i go to the doctor and they say anything from growing pains even though i am 17. to hyper mobile joints etc. No help i have had X rays MRIs.

Symptoms- sharp knee pains after a little physical activity, if i keep my knee straight and rotate my foot left or right i feel a pain in the sides and back feels like my meniscus. I have never been able to do squats in my two past years of weights in high school do to knee pain.

After doing a few no weight squats the get sporadic sharp pains.

>i am desperate, at this point my life revolves around physical movement.
I WOULD REALLY LIKE ANY IDEAS OR FEED BACK, PLEASE ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY KNEES THAT COULD HELP YOU HELP ME.

OK --- so the pain is in the joints while performing activity when the knee is at a 90 degree angle, right? You might want to focus on building up muscles in the quads, the hamstring, and calves. Do you do other circuit training besides squats?
