Dear Team,

Iam Ramesh Kumar living India-chennai, iam suffering from anxiety and depression for the past 8 yrs , now my age is 28 yrs .This happened when i had my i first intercourse at the age of 20 . After that i got intense fear about Aids-HIV, every time i started thinking about that incident and thinking that i may get affected by this disease . Iam unable to over come this fear till today , iam always worried about this and also affected by CHRONIC IRRITABLE BOWL SYNDROME. I dont know how to over come this problem . Already health condition is very wrost , iam very lean and very much affected by fear of aids and CHRONIC IRRITABLE BOWL SYNDROME. Please help me to over come this problem . I request your kind help to advise me and what ever iam mailing you is 100% true thing.
