Current medical status: avoid foodstuff
Current medical treatment: fluoxetine

Most of the symptoms you reported might be related to chronic inflammation of the throat. You might want to visit an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist for a check up. Also, you might want to consult your psychiatrist or psychotherapist if the symptoms you reported might be caused by fluoxetine considering the dose you take.
