Welcome to e health forum.

The low albumin -globulin ratio could be a indicator of reduced liver synthetic function, associated chronic hepatitis B induced liver damage.

The elevated Serum cholesterol 222 mg/dl, could be related to obesity, bad dietary habits , etc. Proper dietary and lifestyle changes and regular exercise to reduce weight can also be helpful.

The other test results are very nonspecific. You might consult with your treating doctor who can examine you and provide more information specific to your condition.
