Chronic hemorroids and itching

I have had chronic anal fissures, then hemorroids, and now the itching. I've been living with this for years, but recently it has been getting worse. I do not want surgery, and am looking for herbal remidies. I have tried hemclear following a really bad hemorroid, that did clear up. It hasn't helped with the itching and there are large skin tags too. What really works?
