Above are some recommended laxative foods I have eaten extensively in the last week. I still only poop about cup every 2-3 days. I also take 17mg glycolax a day, fiber pills, and acidophilus. I drink coffee and tea to try to stimulate things – 2 cups per day. I eat lots of ginger and have been taking cascara the last 3 days. I have also eaten 70% fruits and vegetables the last 3 days, the rest being yogurt and lean meat. I eat 3 full meals a day. I feel nauseous often and my abdomen feels uncomfortably swollen. I often get weird abdominal cramps with the nausea. I have terrible gas. I drink lots of fluids.

I am also taking Wellbutrin and Lo-Ogestrel (birth control) Could these be causing a problem? My hair is falling out and is extremely thin and wispy, I'm severely depressed and I have no energy. I am always uncomfortably cold. My body is covered with fine downy hair – even my face. I have had my thyroid checked routinely over the last 2 years and they can find nothing. I am 5'6” and weigh 120lbs. I look like I am pregnant. My weight has been stable since high school (1998). I have been struggling with this problem since 2004. Recently the depression has gotten really bad.

I think you'll need to get off from both Wellbutrin and Low-Ogestrel.
It is well known that antidepressants cause constipation as a side effect, and it is same with wellbutrin.
Many of your symptoms can be explained like side effects of Ogestrel.
It can cause nausea, vomiting, bloating, abdominal cramps, increased hair growth, loss of scalp hair, changes in weight or appetite, nervousness, dizziness, tired feeling.
Feeling depressed or experiencing worse depressive symptoms, is serious side effect of Ogestrel.
If all of your symptoms aren't side effect of drugs, you may be checked for Irritable bowel syndrome, hypothyroidism, and PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome)
Women with PCOS have the following symptoms:
irregular menstrual periods, excessive and increased body hair, oily skin, hair loss with thin hair, increased weight, depression.
