Hi i need some help! Ive have had some chest tightness for about 9 moths now, which was on and off and only really bother me after I consumed a lot of alcohol, caffeine, smoked, or did drugs. However 3 months ago it has worsened to the point where i feel it all the time and can't even get through the day of work. Some of the symptoms i started having are: chest tightness/pressure, fatigue, headache, lack of motivation, difficulty thinking and concentrating, and sometimes the pain would radiate to the back and left arm. My major concern was that I have heart problems but i had a stress test, few EKG's, holter monitor, and a CT scan and all came back normal. So my doc puts me on anxiety meds which don't help at all Mad . Before this all started I was in great shape worked out 5-6 days a week, I did however liked to party. Now I have quit everything, for about 4 months Ive been drug, caffeine, nicotine free but nothing seems to change which is really frustrating Mad . I still feel like crap all day every day. Im just wondering maybe i over abused my body and now its backfiring at me? If anyone has any info please help, it will be greatly appreciated!
