Q: cholesterol deposit treatment

Is there any thing that can be done to have cholesterol deposits go away? can you get rid of them---by diet, can you "burn"it off or can you take an herb for it. please let me know

they are little yellowish white bumps near the eyelid.

I don't know if it's cholesterol, but I did find a link to lowering cholesterol with alternative treatments. High cholesterol puts you at risk for heart attack or stroke, so if it was high enough, it might be dangerous to take a less aggressive approach to lowering it.
