Now days so many people having a serious problem of high cholesterol level. This has been credited to a majority of the population getting accustomed to a diet rich in fats, bad habits such as smoking and leading a sedentary lifestyle. thank you for giving this good information about how to control the high cholesterol. You can control your cholesterol levels with practicing healthy diet (fatty fish, like tuna and salmon; nuts, especially walnuts and almonds), exercising (aerobic, walking), losing weight.
