Being treated with antibiotics is the most effective way and also the fastest. However, these antibiotics are over 95% effective but on some people they simply don't work and thats why having a follow up is important if you still show symptoms after 2 weeks or had unprotected sex with someone. But to answer your question his chances are very low, I don't have any real statistics but I would have to say maybe 1%. Only because your vaginal secretion's could have socked through your underwear and some how found its way in his penis. About his penis hitting your face, if it only hit your face then no you cant get it in your throat but if gave him oral sex then yes it is possible, not as likely but it is possible.
