According to the symptoms you reported, you might be experiencing two different conditions. The symptoms from the eyes and throat might be due to inflammation (bacterial or allergic). The burning in the testicles might be caused by local inflammation in the testicles. It might be accompanied with a burning sensation during urination in which case you might be experiencing a urinary infection. A swab from the nose and throat and urine culture might determine the exact bacteria that caused the symptoms and the adequate medications.

Infection with Chlamydia trachomatis might affect the urinary system and the eyes at the same time, but usually does not include throat symptoms.
