I give birth 3 months ago and last week I have pap smear. After 2 days the doctors office called and said I have chlamydia. I told my husband to get tested for chlamydia. Then the result is negative. When I have my pap smear they have a lot patient having papsmear too. How come the result for me is positive that I have only one partner in my whole life. Then my baby is very healthy. Is that possible that the office got mistake?

It is possible. You should try to go to your doctor and get retested. Are you sure that your husband was really negative? I would double check with doctors.
