Q: chlamydia..can i get infected orally?

i'm dating a girl and recently we started to discuss in having sex. however, she told me that 7 months ago she was infected with chlamydia...and got treated for it(antibiotic..and such).. i really want to have sex with this girl as we are both in love, can i have sex with her without getting infected..and how do i know if she is fully cured..? can i get infected by kissing her....? by licking her vagina...? by her giving me oral sex...?

hope someone can help.me....i really got to know

If you doubt that she was cured, you should have her get retested for chlamydia before you have sex with her. You can get chlamydia from her if you perform oral, anal, or vaginal sex on her. You cannot contract it by kissing her or by her performing oral sex on you. Regardless of whether she has it or not, you should use a condom.

can you get clamydia from poor handwashing hygine and then prepare food

I have not read anything that says poor hygiene and food preparation is a way to transmit chlamydia. If the food is cooked, I would think that the high temperature would kill any germs or traces of the disease. I suppose if a person prepared a salad or other uncooked food it would be possible, though unlikely, to transmit chlamydia.
