Q: Chinese Naturotherapy

I am thinking of seeking help from a Chinese MD who specializes in Naturotherapy for a few different problems. He treats everything and I'm hoping to eventually get off my meds and take the natural path. I'm really concerned about the long term effects of anti-depressants and anxiety meds. I was wondering what experiences others have had with naturotherapy for pain, insomnia, anxiety, and or depression. Thanks

you may think of Ayurveda and Yoga therapies as an alternative.

I love yoga and I go to a yoga class twice a week. It has helped me alot and I feel great mentally and physically afterwards. What is Ayurveda?

visiting twice in a week is not sufficient.
Do it regularly even if u couldnt do all steps.

Well, it's only offered twice a week so I do other exercises on the other days. I'm doing way more than I was just a few months ago, so to me it is sufficient for now.
