Q: Chin Implant and Martial Arts?

Hello everyone! I have a little question, I had a Chin Implant surgery 3 months ago and everything has gone very well, I can touch it and it doesn't cause me pain or anything and I've almost forgotten it's there. I do a lot of sports and I'm thinking about going back to my Muay-Thai/ self defense practices but the only concern I have is what if take a punch in my jaw? Will it destroy the good results I've had with the surgery? Will it make my implant move and then have it removed?? The implant is of silicone and is not attached to the bone with screws and the doctor told me that it will become a part of the bone and it is very sturdy but I'm still very concerned with the risks involved.

Thank you very much for your helpful answers.
