hello;
i am a17 year old female. I had bad asthma until the age of 6/7 and not had problems or used an inhaler since. Recetly i've notice bad episodes or being out of breathe easily. Such as walking up stairs, running slightly and walks. I get very hot and have to breathe through my mouth, my heart races and i feel veryexhausted and dizzy. My age makes me feel this is very unusual.

any suggestions or advice ? ty

Some data from clinical studies have shown that 30% of teenagers with a childhood history of asthma who no longer have symptoms at age 18 will have a recurrence of asthma symptoms by the time they're 26.
This is usually related to some changes in environment that lead to airways inflammation.

Do you suffer any kind of allergy?
Are you smoking cigarettes?

You are welcome!
Doctors agree that the likelihood of relapse is unpredictable.
Try to recognize your asthma triggers and consult a specialist.

Have a good day!

I have read in articles that there is a possibility that asthma maybe come back if you have a history of it. Do you have difficulty in breathing when there is a sudden change in temperature? Or is it the dust or the sudden change in the phase of physical activity? Consulting a specialist will really help you
