Q: Childbirth after intraocular lense surgery

Hi, I'm Kim, 15 months ago I had a laser surgery and an intraocular lense on both eyes... everything's fine about that.
Now, I'm 5 weeks pregnant, and one of my friends told me that going through labour is not a good idea because of the lenses...
Do you know it's really necessary for me to get a c-section? I haven't talked to the doctor yet, my appointment is on april, but I'd like to know something about this before meeting him..
