Q: CHF Monitoring at home

Hello everybody
I have a relative whom had a CHF..
He has to weight every day, to find out if he have any Fluids in the lung.
This measuring is not accurate and he is not sure if the weight is OK.
Is there any medical device that he can use at home to monitor his disease more accurately?
(the solution is to go to hospital and have an Xrayâ�¦)
