Chest x-ray impression

I've recently been diagnosed with TB through a chest xray (infiltrates were seen at both apices of my lungs). The doctor asked me to have three days of AFB smears the next day after my first visit to him. All three had a negative result. I just started my antibiotics on the first day of AFB smear test.

I just wanna know what the results could mean. I wasn't able to visit my doctor yet.
