hi.
I've been suffering from a very tight chest recently. I also have a shortness of breath and get very lightheaded if I take a deep breath.
ive recently been told I suffer from urticaria. I dont know if its related.
The chest tightness is really getting me down. Any ideas what it is??
thanks

You are lightheaded because of your improper breathing cycle while you are short of breath. Being tight in the chest could come from a multitude of reasons, which could include medication, allergies, diet, etc.
