Chest tightness. elevated liver enzymes

I have been having some chest tightness. I also get some sharp pain in my right breast chest area. I have a heart murmor and the doctor said my liver enzymes were slightly elevated. I am a 41 yr old female in good health just allergy issues. I dont smoke or drink. The tightness in the chest worsens at times and at others its better. I feel abit more fatigue then I use to after doing cleaning or grocery shopping ect... Thank you
