Q: Chest tightness , chest pain , and trouble breathing

im having tightness in chest . sometimes trouble breathing. with pain at lower left side and sometimes moves upward.

It is hard to say what causes chest tightness, trouble breathing, and lower pain in your case without any medical examination. It could be a neuro-muscular disorder, heart disorder, lung disorder, and even anxiety.
