I'm almost 32 years of age.I've been spray painting cars since i was 18 and haven't always worn the appropiate safety equiptment.I also used to smoke but only at a weekend as a social smoker for 4-5 years. The last few years i have noticed when i breathe in any dust/vapour/fumes or similar my chest/lungs feel like they tighten and breathing in becomes harder. As if my airways are blocked.Sometimes they burn.If i cough and cough i seem to loosen up a small amount of phlemb. But there feels like there's always something there obstructing my airways ang i can't cough properly.I went to my local GP and she gave me an inhaler as she thought it was an allergy to dust. This hasn't hepled at all.It seems to be getting worse as at first i had to breathe loads of dust/vapour/fumes and now it seems the slightest amount sets it off.
