my husband is suffering from chest pains and has been for a couple of days. the pains are on the left side of his chest and he also has the occasional feeling of like fluid suddenly passing thru and somewhere around his rib cage area also on the left side. it feels like a build up of fluid suddenly releasing. he suffers from low blood pressure too and this causes him to occasionally pass out (only about once a year on average)but he did pass out last sunday and we are not sure if he could have just maybe pulled a muscle in his chest due to the fall whilst passing out or whether it could be a lot more serious. what do you think? any advice would be really appreciated. cheers for any help in advance. by the way he is only 29
