chest pains, shortness of breath, pains in both arms

I have been to the local hospital for ECG following chest pains, shortness of breath, pains in both arms, hands and neck. The ECG results showed nothing untoward. I have high blood pressure and a recently diagnosed hiatus hernia. I also have Arthralgia. I feel so unwell at times that I need to lay down. My appetite is suffering and I have little energy. What could it be?
