for a few months now i have been getting chest pain and dizzy on a daily basis, not at the same time. anyway this week the pains in my chest have been getting worse also with pain in my right arm, last night in bed i had 2 huge blood surges to my head, during the first rush i felt paralyzed for a few splits of a second.

today i don't feel great and have a constant noise in my right ear.

i lost all faith in going to the doctors years ago after my mother died so please just any idea of what the problem is and whether it is heart of head related rather than telling me too visit the doctors.

im male and 37 years old.
