If you are constantly lifting heavy weight at work then it is possible that there is a pinched nerve at the lower cervical or upper thoracic region. It could also be an injury to the rotator cuff of the shoulder joint that is causing the pain to be felt in the chest and arm.
Try lifting the weight with the other arm and see if it pains too. Since your ECG is normal and the pain comes on lifting weight, it is either pinched nerve or muscular pain.
