I am 21 years old and I've never had any health problems but sometimes I get really bad chest pains and they usually go away after a bit, but sometimes they scare me because sometimes they wake me up in the middle of the night. I don't have any breathing problems and I don't have any pain anywhere else. I just want to know what it is because I am starting to worry. Does anyone know what it could be?
