One day a few weeks back I kept sweating like crazy, later that night I was sitting on the couch, and suddenly had the worst chest pain of my life. I was sweating to the point it was dripping off my face. Then I started vomiting. My chest pain was so bad I couldnt breath. My arms and neck hurt. It lasted about 45 minutes. It didnt hurt when I pressed on the middle of my chest either. I just had this intense panic feeling. Tonight its starting to happen again. I have been sweating all afternoon and feeling sick, and for the last 10 minutes I have had this pain in the middle of my chest again (not as bad as before) I am only 31 years old, could this be a muscle spasm?

I have a history of 3 blood clots in my lungs at different times this year and problems with pulmonary edema. I am not on blood thinners as of right now due to resistance. This pain doesnt feel like either condition. I really dont want to go to the hospital.
