I just got a pain in my center to right chest today. I smoke from half a pack to a pack a day. I am 31 and have smoked on and off since 18. It feels more like a rib bruise but I don't have trouble breathing and if I do cough which isn't that much it doesn't bother me that much, just a pain.

How worried should I be?
