I had netball training on Wednesday night, and a game last night (Thursday), both nights I definitely could have used my ventolin but didn't have it with me.

I am experiencing chest pains today, could that just be because of the stress I put myself under the past two nights?

Just thought I'd update.
I ended up having an ECG done in July due to chest pains and showed some irregularities, went to Royal Perth ED and was told that it's probably muscoskeletal pain but had an echocardiogram done just in case.

So it was mismanaged asmtha all along!

I am now on a preventer twice a day and a reliever before exercise and as needed.
