Hi all

For the past 2 weeks i have been doing some cardio workouts to improve my health.

But today as i was about to get up from the slanting board after doing 8 sit ups, i experienced chest pain (right side and not much), which when subsided (after few minutes) I felt dizzy (tired, chilled and slight blur of vision).
Then I took some water and rested on the bed for a few minutes and all was back to normal.

Should i be alarmed?
And Probably do - blood pressure, cholestrol and ECG check?

I am 32 years, 160 CM, 67 Kg

My routine for workout is as follows
Morning 6:15 AM i take a tea with sugar Pre-workout

Then at 7:00 starts with 20 Min on treadmill (2.37 Kms)
25 pulls of boat-rower
and 8 sit ups in the end.

Altogether around 45 mins workout

thanks in advance

regards
NSN
