Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am really glad to help you out.

It is very difficult to tell you about the cause of the chest pain without physical examination and investigations.

However, pleuritis (inflammation of the covering of the lung) is one of the commonest causes of chest pain.

Pleuritis can be accompanied by pleural effusion & can be a residue of the tuberculosis.

I’ll suggest getting an x-ray/CT scan of the chest for looking the cause of the chest pain.

This will not only help in finding the cause of the chest pain but will also facilitate in looking for the resolution of the tuberculosis.

Please do consult a chest physician for the same. I sincerely hope this information helps. Take care.
