Chest pain after smoking

Hi there
My namer is john and i have been smokign for 6 months
Im an 18 old caucasian male with 60 pounds and i have smoked about 4 packs in my life and
am strating to quit.
I smoke only for the nicotine buzz , since ive got a low tolerance to nicotine
cigarretes give me ana mazing high
The brain is flooded with dopamine and i fell happy .
Recently i have swicthed to a metal pipe to smoke and have taken huge tobbaco hits
which are inhale like a marijuana joint.
I have smoked about a dozen times like this and each time i smoke enough tobbaco to fill a normal cigarrete.
Recently i have feelt a dull chest pain radiating downwards from my ribs.
Im worried about what the cause of this may be and i havent smoked tobaacco in about 2 days.
The pain has persisted for about 5 days because when i feirst felt it coming down i succumbed and smoked again.
What do you think might be the cause?
