ADD and ADHD Answer A4779
Current medical status: Sharp pains in chest about an inch and a half right of the crest on my chest (from the point of view of me looking down to my feet) and sometimes around my heart and bubbly felling's in my stomach when i try to go to sleep, and a twitch in my thigh
Current medical treatment: Adderall xr 25 mg

Difficulties in falling asleep and tachycardia could be side effects of Adderal but sudden chest/heart pain is probably not. You may need to perform an ECG to reveal any heart rhythm irregularities or other heart disorders.

You can consult your GP about the chest-heart pain.
