Hello, I have been having chest and neck pressure (feels like someone sittin on my chest) along with a symptom that appeared today which is a trembling lip, I had a migraine over the last 2 weeks & had to have a shot last week, I had taken excedrin migraine, advil migraine, extra strength tylenol, and even Maxalt (prescription for migraines) before I had gotten the shot for it. but my concerns are still the pressure that I am feeling in my chest and neck, and now the lip tremors, is there any possibility that I am trying to have a heart attack or mild stroke, I am really getting worried after these symtoms that don'st seem to wanna go away. Thanks for any information that you could give me.

I wonder if your "trembling lip" is related to one of the medications you have had. I doubt that the migraine has anything to do with your "chest and neck pressure," and I don't know the origin of this symptom. A continuous pressure would be unlikely as coming from the heart. Such a symptom might be related to a breathing or lung problem. It doesn't sound like you are "trying to have a heart attack or a mild stroke."
You don't state your age or sex. You don't say how long you have had these symptoms, whether they occur at night, whether anything else occurs with them, whether you smoke and your habits concerning alcohol and drugs, your weight, your occupation, etc.
Please keep in mind that I am unable to diagnose medical conditions online.
