Chest hurts and fever

Hi,
I have been going through constant harsh coughs and when i start coughing i dont stop untill after 5 minutes or so. Also with the cough comes the pain underneath my nipple. The pain was first expirienced on the left side but wasent triggered by coughing, but now the exact same pain is occuring on the right side below my nipple each time i cough ( no sign or feeling of the pain when i breathe). The cough is a bit of a productive cough and yellow/clear mucus comes up sometimes, but majority of the tme it a bit of a dry cough( no weasing just sometimes a bit of mucus crackles and comes up). Also one other thing id like to mention is sometimes after cough or just spontaneously it feels like when i breathe in there is a vibration or sorta gurgle in my lungs when i breathe which im positive is caused by breathing in and feels like the air i breathe in is rubbing on the mucus inside my lungs and making that feel/sliught noise.I just started getting this a few days ago and i was previously diagnosed with bronchitus about a month ago and i was handed puffers ( bronchidilators) and everthing went fine and felt like it was all gone with no mucus regurgitation, but all of a sudden this occurs? Please help
