I'm 23 and Ive had little to no CMT (Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease) symptoms all my life, In fact I really didn't believe I had it up until now cause other then hammer toes and high arches that was my only symptoms until recently I noticed my right leg had a large chunk of muscle missing and since Ive had shooting pain and muscle soreness mainly in my legs but pretty much a little almost all over my body.
So since this is all pretty new to me I'm lost as far as what I need to do and what changes I need to make in my life, Sadly I had dreams of competing in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and this disease has seemed to stopped any chance of that dream from happening since I'm afraid to even lift weights now...
