I normally take my pill at 9pm everyday. Yesterday I got a job working till 10:30 and won't be home till a bit after 11 cause of the drive. I was going to change my pill time to 7:30am. Can I take my pill at its regular time tonight and then change it to 7:30am tomorrow morning?

Sure you can.

I never took my pills at the same time and it made no difference at all.

Yes, this is fine. You can take your pill at its normal time tonight and then take your next pill tomorrow morning. You may feel slightly nauseated due to taking two pills within two hours, but you will still be completely protected. As long as a pill is no more than 6 hours late (so 30 hours between pills), you should be protected.
